Your booking is confirmed by the Hotel – with booking number- either by fax or e-mail and after having received your credit card number and date of expiry – visa,mastercard or eurocard-This deposit is equivalent to 1 night minimum or a total of 25% of your stay when it is over 3 nights.
HIGH SEASON: From April 3rd to October 15th and December 24th to January 3rd
- Should we receive it more than 45 days prior to your date of arrival, we will refund your deposit less a fixed amount of 30 Euros for administrative costs.
- Should we receive it between 45 days and 30 days prior to your date of arrival, you will lose the whole your deposit.
- Should we receive it less than 30 days prior to your date of arrival or in case of no show, the totality of the stay shall be due
LOW SEASON: From February 22nd to April 2nd and October 16th to November 29th and December 19th to December 23rd
- Should we receive your cancellation notice more than 15 days prior to your date of arrival, we will refund your deposit.
- Should we receive it less than 15 days prior to your date of arrival or in case of no show, the totality of the stay will be due and charged
IN CASE OF NO POSSIBILITY TO TRAVEL ( BORDERS CLOSED) DEPOSIT WILL BE REIMBURSE
IN CASE OF COVID DESEASE PRIOR TO TRAVEL ABROAD DEPOSIT WILL BE REIMBURSE
In any case, should we be able to rent your room again, we will issue a credit note at your disposal, valid one year from the date the cancellation has occurred (except for No Show).
CanShortened stays :
When you decide to leave the hotel without informing the Manager 48 hours prior to the forecasted date of departure :X if your stay is inferior to 3 nights, an extra fixed amount of 1 night is charged on your invoice.ORX if your stay is above 3 nights, the entire cost of your stay is invoiced according to your date of arrival and departure mentioned on the reconfirmation document sent by the hotel.
Arrival / Departure :
Your room is available at 2 P.m (arrival) and vacated at 11A.m(departure).On request, we’ll do our best to welcome you before 2 p.m or to facilitate your departure after 11 a.m.Don’t forget to let us know your late arrival –after 8 p.m for your entry inside the hotel.
