Reservation & cancellation
policies
- Reservation :
all
reservations must be confirmed by fax, e-mail
or post,
mentioning credit card number and expiration
date (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard), or
accompanied by a check.
A deposit is required equal to one night,
or in the case of a longer stay, 25%
of the total price.
- Cancellation
all
cancellations are required to be written
to avoid any misunderstanding
Cancellation 21 days before presumed
arrival date : 30 euro for administrative
costs.
Cancellation within 21 days or no-show
on day of arrival : lost of the deposit
or charge of one night minimum.
Shortened
stays : if the stay is shortened without
a 48 hours notice prior date
of departure, the price of one night
will be charged.
